Kundalini Yoga is a very powerful technology which is a combination of breathing, asanas, meditation and mantra. It’s a total body, mind, spirit workout. There is a combination of dance, yoga and fitness that will take you on a journey through movements that are related to the chakras in your body. Chakras are the power points that release positive energy when moved in the right direction.

Kundadance is a fun, uplifting and creative dance designed by Maya Fiennes. It is a combination of powerful asanas, breaths and movements, shaking away all your fears, insecurities and bringing energy and vibrancy in your life.

The idea came about very organically. Maya started including a few of the dance movements in her classes whilst studying the chakras just to shift the energy, and the response was amazing. She composed special music for it, in 528 and 432 frequencies, which has an instant healing effect on your body and mind. KUNDA is a very powerful way to clear your body, calm your mind, and become a pure channel so that you’re able to tap into the universal forces and manifest anything you like.

Kundadance is a high intensity, cardio, fast tempo workout which stimulates the nervous system, balances the hemispheres of the brain, creates endorphins, serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine which leaves you energized, inspired and at the same time calm and relaxed. There are also sections that are a slow tempo which will create mental strength and balance the body, mind, and spirit. The integration of all 3 is the goal. Only then do we feel complete!
