I am passionate about my yoga practice and love teaching and sharing my knowledge with the community.

My style of yoga is gentle and flowing and can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. I believe in real people connecting with their body and mind in a safe and relaxed setting.

I believe that yoga can enhance creativity and with practice can provide a toolkit to help adopt healthy and balanced lifestyle choices.

I have different areas of interest such as wellbeing and nutrition, anatomy, philosophy and functional movement. I firmly believe that yoga is for all and I am committed to my professional development and continual education.

I am registered with the British Wheel of Yoga.
